Mandy joined the staff at New Community Preschool in 2019, but began working in Child Development in 1995 at the Sunny Day Child Development Center at Blodgett Hospital. After 3 years, she changed directions and attended Chic University where she graduated as a licensed Cosmetologist. She has also worked as a ParaProfessional for Kenowa Hills Public Schools since 2008.

She and her husband, Tom, have a son, Gage, and a daughter, Kennedy. They love their family time at their cottage in Luther where the go trail riding with their side by side and Jeeping. Mandy also enjoys time on the water, boating and floating.
